Ron Paul at YAL 2014

-Voices of Liberty
Ron Paul inspired a group of young people today with messages of freedom and liberty during his keynote address at the 2014 Young Americans for Liberty National Convention.

Paul began his address to a roaring crowd chanting his name, saying “It looks like you’re following one of my rules, you know. When we talk about liberty and the problems of this country, and you guys, what you’re facing, and what your job is in the future, it could be depressing. But I always say, if you’re going to do it, do it and have fun.”

Citing his appreciation for YAL, Paul reiterated his belief that young people are the future of this movement. “I think the wave of the future is in your generation,” he told convention attendees. “You give me a lot of encouragement and I want to thank you for your involvement.”

Paul covered a variety of topics in his 45-minute presentation, including sanctions against Russia, the drug war, the military industrial complex, fiat money, and more. His entire address will soon be available at
