Political fever will set upon Penn State’s campus tonight at the Great Debate.

Co-hosted by the Penn State College Republicans and Penn State College Democrats, the Great Debate will feature former Republican representative from Texas Ron Paul and former Democratic representative from Massachusetts Barney Frank, College Democrats President Ryan Valencia said.

The debate will center on the role of government in today’s social and economic issues, Valencia (junior-international relations and history) said.

The event is free for students and community members.

The debate will begin at 8 p.m. in Schwab Auditorium.
